- Shuttle service within Seminyak area, based on schedule (Drop Only)
- 1 x 15 minutes Spa sampler
A 50% charge from paying rate applies for late check out until 06:00 pm (based on availability)
A maximum of 1 extra bed or baby cot per bedroom (excl. honeymoon villa) is allowed as per extra bed policy

Rates are subject to 21% Tax and Service Charge
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival in Low Season (7 January until 19 July & 16 September until 19 December) and within 30 days of arrival in High / Peak Season (20 July until 15 September & 20 until 5 January), result in the forfeiture of 1 night accommodation.
No show without prior cancellation will be charged at 100% cancellation fee
In case of early check out, a 50% charge of the total value of the remaining nights will be applied.
Special bookings made in Peak Season, for arrivals within December 27 until January 5 must be for a minimum of 5 nights stay. For arrivals within December 20 until December 26 a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Children from 0-4 years old sharing existing bedding with parents / baby cot free of charge.
Children 4 - 17 years old using extra bed, will be charged at US$ 30 subject to 21% tax & service charge per bed per night inclusive of breakfast.
